Project Manager

What You Will Do
- Lead complete project planning and execution for UI/UX and digital product initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Coordinate designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Track progress and address risks before they impact delivery
- Maintain structured documentation and communication across teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed objectives
- Improve internal workflows and operational systems

About the Role
The Project Manager is basically the captain of the ship. You will be managing multiple projects all at once. For that, keeping your priorities clear and execution rock solid is necessary. From initial planning to a perfect delivery, you will guide your marshals towards victory.
As Pixxen works in UI/UX, you will have a team of designers and developers available to you. Manage timelines, address challenges, and maintain morale. You must handle client and internal stakeholder communication with professionalism.
On top of that, you must manage the entire operations system, from document processing to workflow management.
You must be confident, have a great eye for detail, and have the composure to work in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project management within a digital agency, tech company, or product-focused environment
- Strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of project lifecycle management
- Experience using tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Familiarity with UI/UX processes or software development workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in managing stakeholders and guiding discussions toward decisions
