Senior UI/UX Designer

What You Will Do
- Lead the full UI/UX process for web and mobile products
- Turn business goals into structured user experiences
- Conduct research, create wireframes, and build prototypes
- Design high-fidelity interfaces ready for development
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Take part in design reviews and maintain quality standards

About the Role
As a senior member of the crib, you must take pride in and own your work. Use your experience and expertise to define user flow and mindset, identify issues & friction points, and shape the product experience.
One of the major attributes an ideal candidate should have is effective communication. As a senior member, you will have to collaborate with the internal teams and address the clients. For that, you must be vocal and assertive.
You must assist the team in making mature decisions. Be confident in your design preferences and back them with logic.
Requirements
- Academic background in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of practical UI/UX experience
- A strong portfolio that shows real problem-solving work
- High proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Understanding of how user needs connect with business goals
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
